Mardi Gras Galveston
In 2007 merrymakers can expect a traditional Mardi Gras celebration with plenty of parade processions, entertainment, art exhibits, sporting events, and elaborate masquerade balls. Pasta for Pennies
Got Coins? Students will soon begin collecting spare change for Olive Garden's 14th annual pasta for pennies program benefiting the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Proceeds fund cancer research and services for patients and their famlies. The class that raises the most money in each school receives a pasta party from olive garden. Olive Garden's local Pasta for Pennies program will be taking place in the following counties: Brazoria, Fort Bend, Galveston, Hardin, Harris, Jefferson, Montgomery, Orange and Tyler. Jubilee-Mardi Gras Style
St. James' Parent Association is presenting this event from 6p-11p at the KOA campground on HWY 105 in Montgomery. It is an annual fundraiser and auction that is an exciting evenign filled with fun. It includes a New Orleans dinner, music and a live DJ. Money received will supply new computers, playgound equipment and items for the classrooms at S. James Episcopal School.

Special Angels of The Woodlands is a non-profit organization that provides a Day Activity Center fot the mentally and physically challenged adult. Dylan Widiker, 13, from Magnolia, has been diagnosed with cancer of the tissue and bone in his shoulder- namely Ewing Sarcoma.
